"Felt a Bit Clunky and Impersonal"
There were a few things I liked, but overall the experience felt clunky. When I needed help, support took a while to respond, and it kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end. Not the worst experience, but I’m not super happy with it either.

They did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. Nice. But some of the details weren’t explained super clearly, so I still had to follow up to understand everything. Confusing.

"Decent signup, a little unclear in spots"
I signed up for try-forge.com and overall the setup went smoothly. The pages loaded fine, and I was able to get through everything without having to contact support. That said, a few steps felt a bit vague, and from the way some of the instructions were worded, I kind of assumed what they wanted me to do rather than feeling totally sure. I ended up double-checking a couple things before finishing. Not a bad first experience, but it could definitely be made a little more beginner-friendly

I messaged support and they got back to me suprisingly quick. Didn’t have to sit around waiting forever, which was really nice.

I couldn’t really tell what I was going to pay until later, which was kind of frustrating. I wish the plans and extra costs were shown more clearly upfront, like fees, add-ons, upgrades, anything that might show up later. Even just a simple breakdown or examples of different situations would help, like if you choose the basic plan, add one feature, remove another, or upgrade after a month. Stuff like that would make it a lot easier to know what you’re actually signing up for.

"Refund took too much chasing"
I had to follow up with support twice before my refund finally showed up. The whole process felt frustrating, like there wasn’t really a real person on the other end paying attention.

For the price, the quality is okay, but I expected a little more. Some parts feel sturdy, while others feel kind of average and make me question how well it’ll hold up over time. It’s not a bad product, but it didn’t really earn my full confidence either. I’d say it’s fine, just not something I’d be quick to call great

"I really wanted this site to…"
I really wanted this site to work out, but it was just frustrating for me. It kept feeling slow, and a few times pages wouldn’t load right unless I refreshed them. Maybe it was my connection, even though other sites seemed fine, so I don’t really know. Either way, I was trying to get things done and it started getting annoying quickly. It might be better for other people, but for me it didn’t feel very dependable.

"Took way too long"
the product itself was fine, no real complaints there... but the order took way longer than they said it would. Waiting around that long was annoying, so yeah, not sure I’d order from them again

I started using Forge because I needed something that could cover most of my workflow without making setup a huge project. Getting it up and running wasn’t too bad, and I was able to find most of the features I needed quickly. A few areas still feel a little rough around the edges, but overall, it’s been reliable and does what I need it to do

"A bit pricey compared to similar options"
It works fine, but I kept noticing the price is a little higher than what I’ve seen with similar products. After comparing a few options, the pattern seems to be that you can get pretty much the same thing for less elsewhere. It’s not bad, I just wish it were cheaper.

"Helpful support, but I’m still a bit unsure"
I had a small issue getting things set up on try-forge, so I reached out to support. They got back to me the same day, not instantly, but it was still reasonable. The person helping me was friendly and actually seemed to read what I wrote, which I appreciated. They gave clear steps and followed up to make sure it worked. I’m not giving 5 stars because the first reply took a little longer than I expected, and I’m still a little unsure about the overall consistency if I ran into a bigger issue. But for this experience, support was helpful and I’d use them again.

"Setup was okay, but I had to poke around a bit"
I tried try-forge.com and the setup was alright overall, but it wasn’t totally effortless for me. Making the account was easy enough, and I kind of just followed the obvious buttons like I usually do when signing up for something.
After that, I had to click around and use a bit of guesswork to figure out where everything was. It did work in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, but clearer instructions would’ve made it feel a lot smoother

"Clean, simple design that worked well for me"
I’m not the biggest expert on website design or anything, but try-forge.com felt really easy to use. The layout seemed clean and not too busy, and I was able to find what I needed without really having to think about it. I also liked the colors and spacing, though I’m not sure how to describe it exactly, it just looked nice. The pages loaded smoothly for me too. Overall, it felt like a good-looking, straightforward site.

"Pretty easy to use, but reminders need work"
As someone who’s forgetful and really depends on reminders to stay on track, I found this easy enough to use overall. The setup and basic features were straightforward, but I do wish the reminders were a bit more reliable or noticeable. That part could definitely be better.

I don’t know, maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time finding basic stuff. It feels like the simple things should be easier to spot, even though I guess every store is laid out differently. I ended up walking around longer than I expected for things that seemed like they should’ve been obvious

"Return worked out, but took a bit"
I ended up having to return my order, and it did get sorted out in the end. At first I was annoyed, well, maybe not annoyed exactly, just frustrated because the updates took longer than I expected. Support did reply when I reached out, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole process could definitely be a little smoother.

"Fast delivery, but the order was messed up"
My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately two of the items were wrong and one was missing altogether. Customer support did help fix part of the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still frustrating to deal with. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.
